It has been a great year for our Scouts!

We would like to thank all of our leaders, parents, boy scouts, cub scouts, and families for your support this year with our scouts. We have had a great year and the next month is filled with fun and excitement for the scouts.
Important key dates to remember!

November 18 –19 Boy Scouts and Weeblos (only) Lockin at the Rock Baptist Church. 7:00pm Fri - 12:00 noon Sat

PARENTS!!! ATTENTION ALL PARENTS!!!
WE NEED YOUR PRESENCE AT THE PARENT MEETING ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2005 AT THE ROCK BAPTIST CHURCH! MEETING WILL BE FROM 7:30PM TO 8:30PM PROMPTLY.

Christmas Party!!!!!!!
· PACK Christmas Party Saturday, December 3, 2005 (7:00pm – Until). Please bring can goods or other non-perishables. Also please bring a wrapped gift for the scouts ($5 limit). Bring extra for siblings if possible.
· TROOP Christmas Party Sunday, December 18, 2005 (Time not decided) Details to come.

Operation Toy Drop! Parents, we need your help in collecting unwrapped toys. Toys are due at the church by December 17, 2005.


$VERY IMPORTANT$

Parents, it is the end of the year and it is time to Re-charter!

In order to re-charter for next year, we are asking that each scout pay $24 A.S.A.P. The drop-dead date for re-chartering is December 3, 2005. However, we are asking that parents pay these dues by November 29, 2005 to ensure that the paperwork is in on time.

The dues for each scout are $10 per month. $2 goes to the scout for each month, and $8 goes to the scouts for field trips, parties, etc. So, next year, scouts will not have to pay $24 if their dues are paid up. Thanks in advance for you help with this.

Fundraisers!

· Many Thanks to the Scouts for your help at the Car Wash on Last month! We raised an amazing $200.00!!!!!

· Thanks for supporting our scouts at the CHICK-FIL-A fundraiser. We raised $55 at this fundraiser.

· UPCOMING!!! Krispy Kreme Donuts!

Order forms are available this week to take orders for a Krispy Kreme Donut Gift Card. Cards are $10 each, with a profit of $5 going back to the scouts.

The Krispy Kreme cards will offer 10 visits to a franchise Krispy Kreme store and every visit with the purchase of a dozen donuts, get another dozen free.
